ALL LEVELS YOGA with Gayle Jann: Fri. 8:30-10:00am. Ongoing 6 week series. Challenge
yourself building strength and flexibility. Modifications will be given so that everyone can practice
safely, test their edges, and explore the mind body connection. You will learn how to work from the
inside out, build deep core strength and find fluid movement between poses.
6 week class series Sliding scale $70 – $90 (pay what you can within that range)

Have you been wanting to try out yoga but not sure where to start? Here is a yoga class for you.  
Meeting you at your beginning, finding the breath, opening, movement and stillness.  Come as you
are; all is provided.  This is a class to get you on the mat, try something new, and remember to care
for your sacred self as you care for those around you.  
TAOIST TAI CHI BEGINNER CLASS: Tues. 10:00-11:30 & 5:30-7PM on Wed. 4:30-6:30 and on
Thurs. 9:30-11:00
All Beginner classes are one hour. The best place to start is at the beginning! So new participants
will normally sign up for a Beginner Class, where they will be introduced to the 108 movements of the
Taoist Tai Chi® set.

TAOIST TAI CHI CONTINUING CLASS: Mon. 9:30-11:30 & Wed. 4:30 to 6:30  After you have been
introduced to the 108 movements of the Taoist Tai Chi® set, it is time to join a Continuing
Class.These classes will help you to practice and explore the health benefits of this art and improve
your Tai Chi set. Taoist Tai Chi® arts are a lifetime pursuit. Continuing class is the environment in
which you can develop your skills and continually learn about the nuances of the art form.
